This foundational level class is a great place to start your Pilates practice. We focus on proper form for safety and to help set you up for success. Improving posture, body awareness and core strength are also key components while stretching and toning the overall body.
In this class we continue to add more "building blocks" to the Level 1 work by adding more movement concepts and exercise variations to help create a deeper understanding and experience of the Pilates Method.
An intermediate level class that combines Pilates Fundamentals, Modified Mat Work, Standing Work and small equipment to create a total mind/body workout to help you go deeper.
Level 2 exercises and modified Level 3 work are combined for a safe and challenging body-mind workout.
This intermediate / advanced level class is for the experienced Pilates client who can maintain core control throughout complex movement sequences and is relatively free from injuries. Movements will flow from one sequence to the next creating both challenge and a deeper body/mind connection that will leave you feeling strengthened, open and renewed.
Resistance, strength training and weight bearing elements will be added to modified Mat & Standing Pilates exercises to create a safe and effective exercise program that will help build stronger bones & muscles, develop better balance and improve posture. Safe for those with osteoporosis. (For all levels)
A tailor made program can be created for you to address your particular needs and goals. Either one-on-one or with a friend for a semi-private this is a great way to deepen your Pilates Practice.
The Community Class is an Intro level class taught by a Teacher-in-Training who has gone through the Pilates Teacher Training Certification. The cost is $5 per class.

MAKING UP CLASSES: A maximum of 3 classes can be made up per term. Classes must be made up during the designated term. Make up classes must be booked ahead by phone or in person.
